We strive to accommodate order changes and cancellations after purchase. Please refer to the details below for more information.


Changes and Cancellations After Order Confirmation (Before Shipment)


At Athler, we process orders promptly to ensure quick delivery. As such, order arrangements may already be in progress by the time we receive your request for changes or cancellations.


In principle, changes and cancellations can be requested within 2 days after order confirmation.

If you wish to change or cancel your order after confirmation, please contact us through the inquiry form.

For orders without custom sizes or additional processing options, changes or cancellations before shipment are possible.


Adding Items to Your Order After Confirmation


If you want to add items to your order after confirmation, please contact us through the inquiry form.

We accept additions (combined shipping) within 2 days after order confirmation.


Please let us know the items and details you would like to add, and we will update your order accordingly in our system.


Note:

If you place an additional order directly through the website, shipping fees may apply if the new order does not meet the free shipping conditions.


Even if the new items are combined with the previous order for shipment, we cannot refund the shipping fees due to system constraints. Thank you for your understanding.


Returns Due to Size Issues or Differences in Expectations


Returns are accepted within 7 days after receipt of the item.


For returns due to customer convenience, the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

Once we confirm the condition of the returned items, we will refund the amount minus shipping costs.

Please note that shipping fees from our original delivery are non-refundable.


In Case of Product Issues


If the delivered product is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly process a return or exchange upon request.


Please contact us through the inquiry form within 7 days after receipt.

Once the procedure is complete, we will provide instructions for returning the item.


Conditions for Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items


The following conditions make items ineligible for returns or exchanges:

Requests made more than 7 days after receipt of the item.

Items with signs of use, damage, or stains.

Missing tags or accessories.

Returns made via methods other than those specified by our company.

Custom-made or specially processed items.

Items with embroidery customization.

Items purchased using non-returnable coupons or under special conditions.

Orders explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product or campaign pages.

Undergarments, swimwear, accessories, or items that come into direct contact with the skin without being worn over undergarments.
